1. Cancelling Within the Window

- Cancel within 24 hours of your purchase and you get a full refund.
- After 24 hours we may not be able to cancel, because by then the order may already have been processed or shipped.
2. Requesting a Cancellation
Two steps, and the first one matters most.

- Our support team checks where that order has got to and confirms whether it can still be cancelled.
3. Receiving Your Refund
Once a cancellation is approved, the money goes back the way it came.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Allow 7–14 business days for that refund to be processed and to show up in your account.
