The purpose of this policy is to explain how we get your order to you: where we ship, how long each stage takes, what it costs and how you can follow the parcel. EVERBOX FROZEN SDN. BHD. 202601008070 (1670168-A) would rather you knew all of that before you buy.
1. Covering Malaysia
We ship nationwide, which in practice means two service areas:
- Peninsular Malaysia, including all states.
- East Malaysia, meaning Sabah & Sarawak.
2. Preparing Your Order
Before anything is handed to a courier, your order has to be got ready on our side.
- We process orders within 1–3 business days. Weekends and public holidays do not count toward that.
- When the parcel is dispatched you receive a confirmation email carrying your tracking information, so you know the moment it is on the move.
3. Estimating Delivery Times
Once it leaves us the parcel is in the courier network, and how long it stays there depends on where you are. We do not offer overnight or next-day delivery. The table sets out our standard windows.

Treat those figures as estimates rather than promises. Courier operations, seasonal holidays and extreme weather all move them.
4. Paying for Shipping
For your order the answer is almost always nothing at all.
- Shipping is free, because we would rather absorb the standard fee than add it to your total.
- Bulk or specialised promotional orders are the exception: where they apply, a fee may be worked out at checkout from the total weight and the destination.
5. Tracking Your Parcel
You do not have to guess where your order has got to.
- After the courier collects it we send a tracking number and a direct link by email or SMS.
- That link shows how the parcel is progressing, in real time.
