Governing Law

The purpose of this policy is to explain which country’s law applies to these Terms and Conditions, and to any separate agreement under which we supply you with products or services. That law is the law of Malaysia, applied without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Using this website and the services on it means you agree to what follows.

1. Choosing the Courts

One court system hears anything that goes wrong.

  • Any dispute, controversy or claim arising from this website, from a transaction made on it, or from the breach, termination or invalidity of these Terms, goes to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

2. Waiving Venue Objections

That choice is not open to challenge on venue grounds.

  • You waive any objection to where such legal proceedings are heard, whether on the ground of an inconvenient forum or on any similar basis.

3. Browsing from Abroad

Our reach is Malaysian, and that has consequences if you are somewhere else.

  • We make no representation that the materials, products or services offered here are appropriate or available for use in other locations.
  • If you reach this site from outside Malaysia, compliance with your applicable local laws is your own responsibility.
